Museum Endowment Fund
The Dakota Territory Air Museum has established an endowment fund through the Minot Area Community Foundation (MACF). The endowment fund is a way for the museum to build and maintain long-term financial stability. Giving to the museum’s endowment fund is especially appealing to donors who want to take advantage of the North Dakota State Tax Credit with a minimum donation of $5,000. The state of North Dakota provides a 40% income tax credit for gifts of $5,000 or more made by individuals, businesses, trusts and estates to a qualified ND Charitable Endowment fund.
Options to make a donation to the museum endowment fund and receive the ND tax credit include:
Deliver or mail a check to the Minot Area Community Foundation (MACF) with
“Dakota Territory Air Museum Agency Endowment Fund” noted in the memo on your check, OR
Make your donation online through MACF’s website at centerforcommunitygiving.com noting
”Dakota Territory Air Museum Agency Endowment Fund” in the subject line.
